The aroma of this product is a personal creation.

The aroma comes from a mixture of demerara sugar, candied orange and citron, citrus fruit peel, acacia and chestnut honey, bourbon vanilla.

Strong wheat flour, butter(82% fat), sugar, egg yolk, milk (reconstituted), fructose, acacia and chestnut honey, natural sourdough starter (wheat), yeast, E471 emulsifier, salt, flavourings.

May contain traces of soya and nuts.

HOW TO STORE

Store in a cool, dry place away from heat.
Eat within 60 days of production. Once opened eat within 7 days to maintain the freshness and flavour of the product.

Classic Artisan Pandoro^Sale

Classic pandoro.
It is a typical sweet bread from Verona, and is traditionally eaten at Christmas. It is soft and golden, and decorated with icing sugar. AL 71 pandoro is made with our home produced honey and top quality ingredients.

Before eating it’s best to keep the pandoro at room temperature (at least 20° C) for 2-3 hours in order to release the flavours.
